When you request a proposal, book a call or download the procurement pack we collect your name, work email, role, firm and what you tell us, and use it to answer you. We keep it for 24 months after our last contact, or longer where a contract follows. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

When a client firm books a day, its people register through our scheduler with their full name, mobile number and email, and later receive their images through our portal. The firm is the controller of that data and we process it on the firm's instructions under a data processing agreement: to run the day, to deliver the images and to match later sessions to the firm's Standard. Sitter data and images are held for the life of the agreement plus 24 months, then purged; deletion on request within 30 days. Sitters log in without passwords, every download is logged, and no sitter data is placed in analytics tools.
