What you have to do
Three things. Confirm the date and the room. Name a floor contact for the day. Circulate the booking link, or upload the list and allocate the windows yourself. The system sends confirmations and reminders, we bring the studio and run the day, and the finished images go to each person's own gallery. You are not asked to chase anyone, collect photographs or forward files.

Six people, six windows, one eye line. The look can change; the line does not.The line is the Standard.
What the team gets
A ten-minute window they chose. Five or six minutes in front of the camera with direction on posture and expression. Their frames on screen, so they choose what goes to finishing and nobody leaves wondering. A notification within ten working days that their finished image is ready, and a gallery with every format: the LinkedIn crops, the website ratio, the email signature size, the intranet file named to your convention and a full-resolution file.
Six questions every buyer asks
What does it cost?
GBP 2,950 plus VAT for a Standard Day of up to 40 people. Everything is priced by the day and sold to the firm; nothing is sold per person.
See all pricesHow long is each person away from their desk?
Ten minutes. Five or six of them are in front of the camera; the rest is walking there, approving the frames on screen and walking back.
A day at your officeWhat does the room need?
A meeting room of about four by three metres with two sockets, and battery lighting if there are none. The studio is up in 30 minutes and down in 20, and nothing is left behind at lunchtime.
The room specificationHow quickly do the images come back?
Proofs of the approved frames on the day. The full finished set, in every placement format, through the sitter portal within ten working days.
What finishing involvesWhat happens when someone joins next month?
Their session is matched to your written Standard, at the next programme day or at a catch-up session, so the new image sits in the set without looking new.
How the programme worksWho else has used you?
Corporate headshot work to date includes a global employment platform, a software company and a multi-family office; a firm is named only once it has agreed in writing. The Managing Director's portrait work has been exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery and her commercial clients include Formula E, Porsche and Aston Martin.
See the workWhat the firm gets
A team page that reads as one firm. Your Corporate Headshot Standard, written down after the day, so the next joiner can be matched. A portal where you can see every person's status and download the whole set at once. The option to make it a programme, so the set never falls behind again.
Why there is no queue
Most team photo days fail at the corridor. People arrive together, wait together, and the photographer rushes. Our days are built on windows: forty of them, ten minutes each, with four held back for the people whose meeting overran. There is nobody waiting outside the room, which is also why people who hate being photographed find it bearable.
