The problem the programme solves
A team page is accurate for about a month. Then someone joins, someone is promoted, someone's photograph is six years old and they are tired of it. The firm books a photographer for the joiners, who lights them differently; a partner has a portrait taken for a conference, which looks nothing like the rest; and within a year the page is a collage again. The programme ends that cycle by treating the firm's headshots as a standard with a calendar, not a job.
How it works
The first day writes the Standard: lighting, backdrop, framing, crop and finishing, recorded in a two-page document that belongs to the firm. Three more days follow through the year on dates set with you. At each one we photograph joiners, promotions, people whose image needs refreshing and anyone who missed the last day, in the same ten-minute windows through the same booking link. Every image is matched to the Standard, so a person photographed in November sits beside one photographed in February without a visible join. The portal stays open all year, with every person's images and status, and your administrator can see who is current and who is due before each day.
The Standard, shown
Three sittings on the grey backdrop: the same backdrop tone, the same soft light, the eyes on the same line. The lighting diagram and the crop lines are the document; the pictures are the proof.

What the Standard document records
- Lighting diagram: key, fill, backdrop light, distances and powers
- Backdrop code and tone, with a reference frame
- Lens, distance and height; the crop ratios and the eye line
- The finishing profile: contrast, colour, skin, backdrop matching
- Reference frames kept for matching later sessions
Six questions every buyer asks
What does it cost?
GBP 2,950 plus VAT for a Standard Day of up to 40 people. Everything is priced by the day and sold to the firm; nothing is sold per person.
See all pricesHow long is each person away from their desk?
Ten minutes. Five or six of them are in front of the camera; the rest is walking there, approving the frames on screen and walking back.
A day at your officeWhat does the room need?
A meeting room of about four by three metres with two sockets, and battery lighting if there are none. The studio is up in 30 minutes and down in 20, and nothing is left behind at lunchtime.
The room specificationHow quickly do the images come back?
Proofs of the approved frames on the day. The full finished set, in every placement format, through the sitter portal within ten working days.
What finishing involvesWhat happens when someone joins next month?
Their session is matched to your written Standard, at the next programme day or at a catch-up session, so the new image sits in the set without looking new.
How the programme worksWho else has used you?
Corporate headshot work to date includes a global employment platform, a software company and a multi-family office; a firm is named only once it has agreed in writing. The Managing Director's portrait work has been exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery and her commercial clients include Formula E, Porsche and Aston Martin.
See the workWhat the programme includes
Four Standard Days, each up to forty sitters, so up to 160 people a year. The Standard document, kept and updated. The portal for the whole firm, with bulk download named to your convention. Executive sessions scheduled into programme days as needed. Priority dates: programme firms book their days before the open calendar is released. The rate locked for twelve months, including the day rate for additional days.
For firms with several offices
The programme is where the worldwide delivery lives. A firm in London, Geneva and New York adds Worldwide Days to the same agreement, photographed to the same Standard by the Managing Director or an associate working under her direction, and the whole roster sits in one portal with one invoice. The Standard travels; the look does not change at the border.
