What a Standard Day is
One photographer and a complete travelling studio, in your office, for one day. Up to forty people, each in a ten-minute window they booked themselves. Every session is shot tethered, so each person approves their frames on screen before they leave. Every approved frame is hand-finished to your Corporate Headshot Standard and delivered, in every placement format, through the sitter portal within ten working days. The Standard is written down after the day and kept, so the next day, the next office and the next joiner match.
Why forty
Forty is the number one photographer can photograph properly in ten-minute windows across a working day, with four windows held back for walk-ups, and the number one finishing team can hand-finish to the specification in ten working days. Each finished image takes 15 to 25 minutes: lens and colour correction, skin and detail, light and tone, framing, the placement set and a final check against its neighbours. A day of forty is about thirteen hours of finishing. That is where the time goes, and it is why the cap is on the price list rather than hidden in a quote.
Ten minutes, start to finish
Nobody waits, nobody queues, and nobody leaves wondering whether there was a frame they liked.
Arrive at your time, not before
Check in with the code on your phone or just your name. There is no queue and no line of colleagues outside the door.
Five or six minutes with the photographer
Direction on posture, where to look and what to do with your hands. A second look if you want one.
See your frames and choose
The frames appear on the screen beside the camera as they are taken. You choose the two or three that go to finishing; nothing goes forward that you have not chosen.
Back at your desk inside twelve
Your approved frames are in your gallery that evening; the finished image follows within ten working days, in every format, at full resolution.

Six questions every buyer asks
What does it cost?
GBP 2,950 plus VAT for a Standard Day of up to 40 people. Everything is priced by the day and sold to the firm; nothing is sold per person.
See all pricesHow long is each person away from their desk?
Ten minutes. Five or six of them are in front of the camera; the rest is walking there, approving the frames on screen and walking back.
A day at your officeWhat does the room need?
A meeting room of about four by three metres with two sockets, and battery lighting if there are none. The studio is up in 30 minutes and down in 20, and nothing is left behind at lunchtime.
The room specificationHow quickly do the images come back?
Proofs of the approved frames on the day. The full finished set, in every placement format, through the sitter portal within ten working days.
What finishing involvesWhat happens when someone joins next month?
Their session is matched to your written Standard, at the next programme day or at a catch-up session, so the new image sits in the set without looking new.
How the programme worksWho else has used you?
Corporate headshot work to date includes a global employment platform, a software company and a multi-family office; a firm is named only once it has agreed in writing. The Managing Director's portrait work has been exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery and her commercial clients include Formula E, Porsche and Aston Martin.
See the workWhat you receive
Each person receives their finished image in the placement set: LinkedIn crops, the website team page ratio, email signature and Teams sizes, the intranet file named to your convention, and a full-resolution file for press and print. They collect it from their own gallery with their sitter number; nobody has to distribute files. Your administrator sees every person's status, downloads the whole day as one named set, and receives your Standard document.
The room, in detail
A meeting room of about four by three metres, cleared of the table or with the table pushed to one end, two sockets and a door that closes. Windows are fine; we control the light. We ask for a photograph of the room and the floor contact's number a week before, and we arrive by the service entrance if your building prefers it. The studio is two flight cases: a backdrop, two lights, a tethered laptop and screen, and a check-in tablet. We bring our own extension leads and tape nothing to the walls.
Larger teams
A firm of 120 is three Standard Days, usually consecutive, with the same photographer and the same Standard. A firm of 400 is a Quarterly Programme, where the days are scheduled through the year and the portal stays open. A firm with offices in several cities adds Worldwide Days to the same agreement.
